With this latest addition to the Paramount line, Fender demonstrates their expertise in crafting acoustic-electric instruments. The feel, tone, and appointments make for an instrument that performs just as well in the studio as it will on Sunday morning.

The C-shaped neck and Triple-0 body make for an extremely comfortable play whether standing or sitting. This combination is particular good for players who find the size of a dreadnaught a bit cumbersome. In turn the compensated saddle and double action truss rod make it easy to play chords in tune, anywhere on the neck.

Fender and Fishman custom-designed the preamp for each model in the Paramount line. As you’ll see and hear in the video, the PM preamp makes it easy to dial up a strikingly wide range of tones. The center-notched Bass and Treble controls take the guesswork out of dialing in a setting on a dark stage, while the built-in backlit tuner and Phase inverter make tuning and killing feedback a breeze.

The craftsmanship on the vintage-inspired logo, inlays, and checkerboard rosette and binding is excellent and is a great testimony to the kind quality that can be attained when manufacturing in China.
